Coming together in a modern, sustainable space
Calder Valley Community Land Trust’s subsidiary, CVCLT Enterprise Limited, secured £4m from the Towns Fund to create Tod Works, a modern, sustainable facility offering 22 workspaces across two floors, totalling 544 square metres of flexible workspace.
Calder Valley Community Land Trust partnered with Connect Housing to enable the development of 19 Passivhaus homes to be let at social rents on the site.
The development was made possible through a community asset transfer of the land from Calderdale Council.
